This is the ideal location for holidays in the Highlands with many activities available nearby. The calendar of events includes concerts, arts festivals, Highland Games and sporting competitions.

Whisky distilleries, golf courses, fishing, shooting, boat trips on Loch Ness, hill walking, watersports, etc. And, not forgetting some of the finest scenery in the world with mountains, lochs, rivers and sandy beaches.

We are situated close to the famous Moray Firth dolphins. You can take a boat trip from Cromarty or Avoch (on the Black Isle) or from Inverness. Or try your luck spotting them from North Kessock at the Dolphin and Seal Visitor Centre - an excellent vantage point which has binoculars and special underwater microphones.
